Autism Spectrum Disorders and Intellectual Disability Panel & Rapid Neonatal Crisis Panel
Our ASD-ID and NICU panels are large panels that focus on genes carefully curated by PreventionGenetics’ PhD Geneticists. Only the genes within each panel are analyzed for sequence variants. For copy number variations, whole-exome CNV analysis is performed utilizing exome sequencing data to identify chromosomal imbalances similar to those detected by chromosomal microarray (CMA). The Rapid Neonatal Crisis Panel has an average turnaround time of 14 days. Secondary findings are not available for ASD-ID and NICU panels.
