Changes to secure email are coming soon

Beginning August 27, PreventionGenetics will transition to a new secure email platform. With that, clients who receive secure messages from PreventionGenetics will have a slightly different experience. Please note, secure messages through Team Support (i.e. support tickets) will not be impacted by this change.
If you receive a secure message from PreventionGenetics, outside our support system, you will be prompted to authenticate your identity before reading the message either through Microsoft (automatic if you are already logged into a Microsoft application), Google or a one-time passcode.
We believe this transition should relatively seamless.
